Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 September 2026. By using Vibemap (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Vibemap is

Vibemap is an information service that groups Solana tokens by narrative and displays market data from public sources, and a points-only prediction game. It also provides an interface to third-party swap routing (Jupiter). Vibemap is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or financial institution.

2. Non-custodial

Vibemap never holds your funds or private keys. Any swap is built by a third party, signed by you in your own wallet, and executed on the Solana blockchain. You are solely responsible for reviewing every transaction before signing it and for the security of your wallet. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

3. Fees

Swaps made through Vibemap include a Vibemap fee, displayed in the swap interface before you sign, in addition to network fees, DEX fees and price impact. Fees are paid to a public wallet listed on the Transparency page.

4. Predictions and points

Predictions are free. Points and the Vibe Score are reputation indicators only. They have no monetary value, are not a currency, security or financial product, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed. Outcomes are determined solely by the published rules from market data; where data is missing, resolution is delayed. Vibemap may void rounds affected by data errors or manipulation and may exclude accounts that abuse the Service.

5. No advice, no warranty

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Market data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibemap and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service, including trading losses.

6. Eligibility and conduct

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and must not use the Service where it is prohibited. You agree not to attack, scrape abusively, manipulate or interfere with the Service, and not to use multiple wallets to game predictions.

7. Changes

We may change the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
